Behaviour Policy

We promote a positive and respectful environment and do not tolerate ongoing misbehaviour, including rudeness, bullying, or behaviour that disrupts the group. The safety and well-being of all children always come first. If concerns continue, parents will be invited to a meeting. If there is no improvement, the service may be terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

Does your child require an LSE?

1 to 1 Statemented children are entitled to up to 160 hours of LSE support for summer clubs through the Government Education Department. Once these hours are finished, parents may choose to pay for any remaining hours needed for the LSE. For Christmas, Easter and Mid-Term clubs, families would need to provide their child’s LSE, as government support is only available during summer.

Picking Up Child

To ensure a smooth and secure dismissal, each child has a unique QR code. The parent, guardian, or authorised adult simply presents this code at pick-up. Our team scans it to confirm identity and record the collection instantly. This makes the process faster, safer, and fully traceable.
