Is transportation available?
Yes, transport is available! You can find the provider's contacts on our website and contact them directly. Transport fees are also settled directly with the provider.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including if a child is asked to leave due to behavioural concerns. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to accommodate your child due to full capacity.
How can children be picked up?
Children can only be picked up by presenting a unique QR code sent directly to guardians via email.
Can days be swapped or added?
Swapping days or adding an extra day is only possible for future days through our website application by no later than Monday of the previous week, subject to availability.
What is your policy on missed days?
Sick, past, or spontaneous off days are non-refundable and cannot be swapped.
Are outings compulsory?
Outings are optional and come at a separate fee.
Is there an orientation meeting with the teacher?
Yes, an orientation meeting with the teacher is scheduled prior to the starting date.
Are resources provided for activities?
Yes, all resources for activities are provided by us.
What about non-prepaid hours?
Non-prepaid hours incur a charge of €4.50 per hour and are billed monthly.
How can pre-paid extra hours be booked?
Pre-paid extra hours must be booked at the application stage.
Can pre-paid extra hours be used throughout the summer?
Yes, any booked extra hours can be utilised in both the morning and afternoon throughout the entire summer at your convenience.
Are extra hours available?
Yes, extra hours are available at an additional charge. Morning extra hours are from 6:30 to 8:30, and afternoon extra hours are from 13:00 to 17:00.
When can package fees be used?
Package fees are applicable only for core hours, from 8:30 to 13:00.

Our opening hours are from 6:30 to 17:00,Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
